Shipping

How much does delivery cost?

Delivery is £5.95 for orders under £49. Orders of £49 and over qualify for free
delivery.

When will my order arrive?

Orders are usually dispatched within 24 hours. Standard delivery generally takes 2–4 working days.

Can I track my delivery?

Yes, once your order has been dispatched you’ll receive tracking information to help you monitor your delivery.

Returns

What is your returns policy?

You can return your order within 14 days of receiving it for any reason. If there’s a fault or issue with your product, you have 30 days to notify us and make a return. Please note, for hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of used or opened bedding.

Customers are responsible for return postage for non-faulty items. However, we will cover the return costs for damaged, defective, or incorrect items.
