Sales Terms and Conditions
These Sales Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) apply to all purchases made through the That Home Shop website (the “Site”). By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully as they set out your legal rights and responsibilities. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not place an order.
These Terms do not affect your statutory rights.
1. Age Restrictions
You must be at least 18 years old to place an order on the Site. For products with age restrictions, it is your responsibility to ensure the recipient also meets these requirements.

All prices are listed in GBP and include VAT unless otherwise stated. Delivery charges, if applicable, will be made clear at checkout. While we ensure pricing accuracy, if errors occur, we reserve the right to cancel your order and notify you of the correct price.
4. Product Availability
We work hard to display stock availability accurately, but occasionally, items may become unavailable. If this happens, we will notify you promptly and may offer alternatives or a refund.
5. Order Acceptance
Your order is an offer to buy from us. No contract is formed until we email you to confirm dispatch of your item(s). We reserve the right to reject orders for any reason, including errors in product description or availability.
6. Delivery
We will deliver your items to the address provided at the time of order. While we make every effort to dispatch orders promptly, delivery times are estimates and not guarantees. Ownership of the product transfers to you upon delivery.
7. Cancellation
You may cancel orders before they are dispatched. After dispatch, cancellations fall under our returns policy. If you refuse delivery, a refund will be processed once items are returned to us in their original condition.
8. Returns
If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you may return items within 14 days of receiving them for a refund or exchange. Items must remain in original, undamaged packaging. To return damaged, faulty, or incorrect items, please contact us to arrange a replacement or refund. Proof of return postage is recommended.
9. Payment
We accept payment via secure methods as detailed on the Site. Payment must be authorised at the time of order. If your credit/debit card issuer refuses payment, we cannot process your order.
10. Liability
We warrant that goods comply with descriptions provided on the Site. Our liability is limited to product replacement or refund. We are not liable for damages resulting from misuse or events beyond our reasonable control, except as required by law.
