  • 1kg potatoes, peeled and chopped
  • 50g butter
  • 100ml milk
  • 100g grated cheddar cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. To start off, preheat your oven to 180°C. In a large pan, cook the minced lamb until browned. Add in the chopped onion, diced carrots, and minced garlic, and cook until the vegetables have softened. Stir in the tomato paste and Worcestershire sauce, then pour in the beef stock and chopped tomatoes. Let the mixture simmer for 20 minutes, allowing all the flavours to meld together.
