- 4 large Yorkshire puddings

- 300g roast beef, thinly sliced

- 1 red onion, thinly sliced

- 100g rocket leaves

- Horseradish sauce

- Salt and pepper to taste

Step 4: Fill each Yorkshire pudding with a generous amount of roast beef, caramelized onions, and rocket leaves.


Step 5: Drizzle with horseradish sauce and season with salt and pepper to taste.
